Horizons House Community Centre
Horizons House is a community centre whose aim is to be a unique and innovative provider of affordable, professional care in the city of Ryde. Our vision is to provide services to the community that are not readily available or are generally cost prohibitive.
Services available at Horizons House are professional counseling services and professional legal services.

New Horizons Counselling have degree qualified counsellors who are committed Christians and are active members in their local churches. Our counsellors specialise in supporting families and individuals dealing with the full spectrum of problems that can arise.
These include: conflict management, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, stress management, trauma and recovery, childhood issues, family issues, depression and anxiety, career direction, cross cultural issues, grief and loss issues and spiritual issues.

Horizons Community Legal Centre
Horizons Community Legal Centre (‘Horizons CLC’) is a non-profit service that provides legal advice, referral, representation and community legal education. Horizons CLC is a first port of call for anyone in the community to discuss a legal problem, but its ongoing services are for people:

who are not eligible for legal aid and cannot afford a private lawyer;

who have a special need because of the type of legal problem they have or because theyface some kind of social, physical or geographic disadvantage; or

who have a case that is in the public interest to pursu
