We believe New Testament teaching is about many elders over one church. |

The Eldership shall be the only executive body to make policy decisions in between members’ meetings. |

The balance of decision making between the Eldership, as an executive, and the membership shall be at the discretion of the members. |

The Eldership shall consist of all Elders, the Senior Pastor and all Associate Pastors. |

6. |
Members of the Pastoral Team (Associate and Assistant Pastors) are responsible to work under the lead of the Senior Pastor and are accountable to the Church through him and the Eldership. |

The Senior Pastor shall be the chairman of the Eldership and shall give a lead as the first among equals. |

The Eldership shall be responsible for the oversight of the Church. |

Oversight includes: |

(a) |
Shepherding the flock by visitation, counseling, encouraging and helping. |
|
|

(b) |
Being responsible for what is taught within the church. |
|
|
|
|
(c) |
Promoting understanding of the issues involved in any matter before the church. |
|
|
|
|
(d) |
Maintaining oversight of the financial matters of the church. |
|
|
|
|
(e) |
Giving approval for all personnel appointments within the Church. |
